Bayview is a small waterfront community located along the southern end of Lake Pend Oreille. Known for its marinas, floating homes, boathouses, boating, fishing and beautiful mountain surroundings, Bayview offers a North Idaho lifestyle that is very different from many of our larger communities.

Bayview has a smaller, laid back lake community feel compared with places like Coeur d’Alene, Hayden or Sandpoint. For someone looking for access to Lake Pend Oreille, boating, fishing, outdoor recreation and a quieter North Idaho setting, Bayview is definitely an area worth exploring.
Where is Bayview, Idaho?
Bayview is located on the southern end of Lake Pend Oreille in North Idaho, near Athol and north of Coeur d’Alene. Its location gives residents the opportunity to enjoy a smaller waterfront community while still having access to surrounding North Idaho communities for shopping, services and recreation.
