We searched for a home for about a year and a half and toured what felt like hundreds of houses, she was patient, dedicated, and supportive the entire time. She always gave me her honest thoughts and opinions on each home and consistently compared them to my needs, never trying to push me into something that wasn’t right. We were under contract on two different homes that ultimately had mold issues, and she helped guide me through canceling those contracts with my best interests in mind. I am so incredibly thankful we walked away, because when we finally found the right home, everything fell perfectly into place. The home I ended up with is absolutely perfect for me, and I couldn’t have done it without her expertise, honesty, and persistence.

We told Stephanie to beginning this could be a two year journey and she hung in there every step of the way. If I ever asked about information within five minutes, I had everything I needed. Background, we live in Tennessee and were having to complete our home search as a sight unseen. Never had any worries, as she provided on-location zoom calls with my wife and I to reassure us of the home we were looking at was exactly what we were looking for. We were in the process of looking to find our dream home in Northern Idaho. Her experience and familiarity with the area reassured us throughout the search, offer, inspection, and closing process. She did not disappoint! Despite the three-hour time difference from us, Stephanie was flexible in setting up meetings with us and broke everything down and explained in detail the whole process. Always quick in providing consistent communication to my wife and I as important information required action. She answered all of our question sand made us feel more comfortable and at ease when it came to buying our dream home. During the current market with rates low, demand and popularity for the area, homes selling fast Stephanie was on top of things! We could send her an address and she would almost always be looking at the property the same day! When it came to the home we fell in love with he had an offer summited, accepted, and binding within 22 hours of it being on the market! She worked night and day to make it happen, and was always available by phone, text and email. Diligent, diplomatic, sincere, likable are just a few but most of all the greatest compliment I can give her is a bull dog! She will work tirelessly regardless the need or follow-up. She was juggling multiple clients sales and offers yet she always made us feel like we were her only client. She was always responsive and if she couldn’t talk right away she would let you know when she would be in contact. Our land purchase was not an easy one but Stefanie truly helped make our dreams come true with her tenacity and follow through. The sellers realtor had no sense of urgency or follow through- had it not been for Stefanie I don’t believe we would have ever been able to close. There were multiple road blocks along the way- which is why it took over 4 months to close. In the 11th hour of getting ready to close the escrow company would not insure the property under escrow- so Stefanie hit the pavement and contacted her resources, found a Title company who met all of ours and the sellers needs and closed the deal signing docs in less then a week from when they got file. Stefanie has the local resources, knowledge and colleague connections to get the job done. Stefanie is not just our realtor now but a forever friend of the family.
